Where a product runs
A product may run on company equipment, in a private online environment, or across both. The right choice depends on privacy, speed, care, cost, and access needs.
The project agreement explains where information can go and which outside services, if any, are used. We do not promise that information never leaves a company unless that design is built, tested, and agreed in writing.
Public project stories
We do not publish a client name, company information, images, product details, quote, or result without approval. Current work is described as current. Results are not presented as proven before they are measured.
Security
We use reasonable care based on the needs of each project. This may include limited access, secure connections, protected credentials, activity records, separate environments, review steps, backups, and recovery plans.
No product can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Clients should report suspected access or security problems promptly.
Service providers and legal requests
We may share limited information with providers needed to host the website, communicate, invoice, deliver approved work, or receive professional advice. They receive only what is reasonably needed.
We may also share information when required by law or when needed to investigate fraud, protect security, or protect the rights and safety of Gonchar, a client, or others.
How long we keep information
Business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, legal, tax, contract, and continuity purposes. Project information follows the client agreement and the approved project environment.
